Does anyone know how i get the chat bar up at the bottom of the page?

There a box in ur profile, under the user information
U will see the buttons of 編集 Porfile, View Activity, Etc. Theres this button that says Turn me ON または Turn me OFF. Maybe if u press it the thing will appear
または another fomr to chat with ur ファンポップ フレンズ is making a meebo.com account and relating it witht the ファンポップ account
