Here is the Merlin Spot's first FOTM with the lovely Naima! @Lovreangel was kind enough to let me do this interview so without further ado, let's begin. (The 質問 are bolded, Naima's 回答 are in regular, and my コメント are in italics)

Arthur was standing on the highest parapet, overlooking Albion. He had brought magic back, and united all the lands of Albion in his time, but he was old now. Not as old as his father had been when he died, but old enough that his reflexes are slowing, slightly, old enough that he feels each injury taking slightly longer to heal than the last.

He is alone now too. Gwen had died years before, but she had been the only woman he ever truly loved, and however many times his Court told him he must produce an heir, he couldn’t bring it upon himself to marry another woman. To betray her memory like...

“Hurry up Merlin, walk faster” Arthur 発言しました with not much enthusiasm.

Arthur rolled his eyes. They were out hunting in the forest.
“Did あなた hear that?” exclaimed Merlin.
“Yes, it was a deer and あなた scared it away…”
“Sorry” Merlin whispered.
They kept on walking when they saw a 秒 deer, this one bigger than the last.
“Shh” Arthur 発言しました to Merlin while getting ready to shoot his bow.
He had a clear view, he was certain he was going to get it. Then all of a sudden there...

1. Ask him when neckerchiefs came back into style.

2. Tell him that "hocus-pocus" and "bippiddibobbidiboo" are better spells than the ones he's learned.

3. Ask him who cut his hair- あなた want to know because you're hungry for pudding!

4. Hand him a sword and ヘルメット and tell him that Arthur requires his services as a practicing dummy.

5. Tell him that Gaius exchanged his spell book for 'Cinderella' and he still hasn't realised.

6. Tell everyone in the 城 about his undying 愛 for Arthur.

7. Tell everyone in the 城 about his frequent compliments to Arthur about him being a genius.

8. Clean...

So I’ve been 読書 a lot of meta lately, and some of the responses I’ve seen have got my hackles up. Read at your peril.

Goddamn but I do hate queer-baiting. I hate the whole concept it represents, I hate that it happens, but most of all, I hate that certain quarters in a fandom will use it as an excuse to discourage/disprove any points a gay ship has towards becoming canon.
