FOTM is when you nominate a number of fans and put them in a poll for others to vote for the fan most deserving of the FOTM title. The winner gets an interview by the person who won before them. (For the first one I'd write the interview seeing how I'm spot creator). It's just a way of rewarding all the hard woking fans that keep this spot active.
