"I'm at that age where my voice is changing," Justin, who turned 16 on March 1, told Connelly. "It's been a pretty smooth transition so far. I'm not all the way through it, but I have the best vocal coaches training me and stuff. ... I like my voice how it is right now, but I have to work out it and it's going to get lower, so I have to work with what I have."

Scooter Braun, a former executive at So So Def Recordings, discovered Justin on YouTube and flew the teen to Atlanta from Ontario, Canada.
"First time I was ever on an airplane," Bieber said. "It was amazing. ... I met Jermaine [Dupri, founder of So So Def], and then about a week later my manager had showed アッシャー the 動画 of me online.
"And アッシャー was like, 'That was the kid? Man, that kid is ... I should have let him sing for me.' And so, he flew me back to Atlanta where I got to sing for him and meet him. He then wanted to sign me. And then he got in contact with Justin Timberlake and JT also wanted to sign me."

My mom, I think it was for my birthday, she bought me a left-handed guitar. And so ever since I was young I learned on a left-handed guitar."

"I 愛 hockey," Justin said. "I played hockey all my life."
