Let me count the reasons...
“I guess あなた like Johnny Depp,” he 発言しました sarcastically.
I felt a twinge of embarrassment as the color of my face transformed to a ピンク hue, accompanied によって slight burning sensation. Here I am, a college student, with an adolescent 愛 affair with Johnny Depp.
“Uh…yeah…” I said, trying to hide my beet red face. But the embarrassment gave way to a smile, which my friend did not see.
“He’s cool,” he said. “Good actor.”
I felt a little relieved with his response. I have forever been teased about my so-called “medical” condition: JDOCD, または Johnny Depp Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Class was starting…great, now I had Johnny on the brain and was entering into daydream mode. Instead of taking class notes, I wrote in the margins of my notebook paper all the reasons why I 愛 Johnny Depp. I was proud of the 一覧 I came up with, and I want to share it with you. Here they are:
1. His talent.
Isn’t this the reason we became ファン in the first place?? I wholeheartedly agree that he is a great actor. あなた don’t even have to be a Depphead to figure that out. Not only that, but he is a great musician and painter. He is a true artist.
2. His creativity
He has an artist’s point of view. He puts a unique spin on every role he plays. He takes risks. All his characters have their interesting quirks and idiosyncrasies, which makes him a joy to watch.
3. His individuality
He promotes being a unique individual. I have found this to be inspiring to me. The most important アドバイス I could ever get from him is to just be myself. I don’t have to be like everyone else to be accepted. It is good to be different.
4. His sense of style
I like the way he dresses despite what all the fashion/Hollywood gossip says. He has invented his own style. And he’s the only one cool enough to pull it off. I 愛 that every piece of jewelry he wears and every tattoo he has means something special to him.
5. We have a lot in common.
We are both Geminis! I was very freaked out when I discovered we also share the same Chinese zodiac sign, the rabbit. We like reading, we like art, we like the same kinds of music, we both have a bit of Native American blood. We even like bugs for crying out loud! I wish we could hang out together!
6. He is beautiful
Okay, he’s cute, he’s sexy…and he doesn’t even try to be! もっと見る than anything though, he is absolutely beautiful, and not just on the outside…
7. He is humble
He is a star, but he is down to earth. He has not let fame get to his head like other celebrities. He is true to who he is.
8. He is modest
I find that his shyness is quite adorable. He doesn’t brag about his talent. Instead, he has a quiet confidence that allows him to take risks with his 芝居 and choice of roles.
9. He is devoted to his family
This is his most endearing quality to me. His family has changed his life and has made him a better person. He is a loving partner, and a wonderful father.
10. He loves his fans
He genuinely appreciates his fans! I 愛 that! I have seen firsthand how he interacts with us. I am truly thankful for his generosity. He goes out of his way to make our dreams come true, and is always thankful to us for his success.
11. He has changed my life
He has brought immense happiness to my life. If I’m down または stressed out about something, Johnny makes me feel better like a really good friend. He has taught me a lot about life and about appreciating myself.
I could make an infinitely longer list. It is important to reflect on why we 愛 this wonderful, amazing man and take the time to appreciate how he has enriched our lives.
