"JANE EYRE" (1943) Review

Many ファン of シャルロット, シャーロット Brontë's 1847 novel, "Jane Eyre", are aware that numerous (probably over twenty) テレビ and movie adaptations of it had been made over the past several decades. While perusing the Internet, I was surprised to discover that the opinion of the 1943 adaption seemed to be extremely divided. ファン either regard it as the best adaptation または the worst. There seemed to be no middle ground.

There seemed to be certain famous British novels that are always adapted for film または テレビ . . . over and over again. One of those novel is シャルロット, シャーロット Brontë's 1847 novel, "Jane Eyre". There have been twelve テレビ adaptations and seventeen movie adaptations. That must be a world record for any literary piece. I have seen at least three テレビ adaptations and four movie adaptations. The most 最近 I have seen is the 2011 motion picture, directed によって Cary Fukunaga.
