What if someone あなた know just prays so that his/her parents wouldn't find out that he/she does bad things, such as zina または something similar to zina.
What should あなた do, if あなた talked to him/her and doesn't understand and still continuous?

Pray to Allah to guide him または her. Also, tell him または her the consequences of their deed (indirectly または directly). Keep イスラム教 around him または her all the time, e.g. always praising Allah and talking about Him. Always talking about Heaven and Hell and the miracles of Allah, etc.
あなた could ask your local Imam for アドバイス too.
