It's technologically possible, so why hasn't anybody decided to put up kiosks in various places where あなた can load up your ipodの, ipod または other device with a bunch of your お気に入り category of tunes for personal use, without having to own または bother with a PC または Mac?
Please don't say "rights issues" because we all know that rights are easily negotiated for. What ELSE is stopping this from becoming a reality?
