Kikyo may have been a kind soul, but she was also very quiet, and あなた gotta admit she did seem kind of creepy. She felt like an outsider, and found a match with inuyasha. That's why they connected. Kagome is another story. She is bright, loud, optimistic, strong, fun and playful as well as scary. Now Kikyo is also strong but she's also a pessimist. The again I would be to if I was a walking dead woman who knew she had to go back. But still she seemed that way when she was alive, away from the village and children. Kagome always brought some spirit into 犬夜叉 and has gotten him to make フレンズ and have fun. She lightens up a dark mood. I mean even the voices prove it. Kagome has a high pitched voice that stands out when she speaks. Kikyo has a low monotone voice and speaks at the same level usually, it seems soothing to the point of sleep. I mean honestly doesn't he seem happier when Kagome is around. They started out as フレンズ and eventually became lovers. 犬夜叉 and Kikyo didn't really start out as friends. And I think it's a good thing that Kagome and 犬夜叉 fight a lot because it proves that they are a normal couple who have their fights. Kikyo and 犬夜叉 never fought I think.... And they always seemed in some creepy atmosphere, not just because of the soul collectors, but the aura. 犬夜叉 seems brighter and もっと見る alive with Kagome.
