Who ends up with the tenseiga in the end?

VERY important 質問 because I'm 書く a fanfic where a lot of stuff happens and my character ends up dead after trading her life for her husband's blah blah blah. I thought that 犬夜叉 ended up with the tenseiga, so he could bring her back, but now that I think about it, I can't remember. Because if Sesshoumaru has it, I'll need to find a way to convince him to bring her back and it'll be really confusing and stuff. I thought when meido zangetsuha was absorbed, the sword was absorbed with it, but now I'm not too sure
