"Just believe in what you're saying, and if あなた don't then fake it."
A friend gave me this アドバイス a few days before I had to give a presentation in class, my first one in front of a good thirty students and I was nervous like hell. I have stage fright and I was sure to mess up, but when I heard this advice, I thought to myself that if I can believe in my words then I can do it... if not, like it says, faking also works! Turns out, not only did that アドバイス help me with the first presentation, its helped me out with everything that came after it too. I listened to the アドバイス and I'm almost completely over my fear of talking in public. Its a simple phrase that has made me come a long way and I'm glad to have heard it.
"I know that it will be alright in the end..."
This line, taken from a Japanese アニメ cartoon can be rephrased in many ways and yet have the meaning it is always supposed to have; no matter what happens, there's always a happy ending for everyone, maybe not in the way they wanted but what they needed. Sometimes we just have to remember that even in the hardest times, if the people あなた 愛 and care about are still with you, if あなた have a strong mind then nothing can stand in your way and make あなた stay sad または angry. Use this as your own mantra, it might seem futile in certain times but it always works out... I say this from experience and I know of others' experiences too. Just remember, everything's going to be okay...
"Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgement that something else is もっと見る important than fear."
A quote によって Mark Twain, one of the greatest writers in Literature. It has helped me lift my spirits up when i was feeling really low, thinking that everything has gone so wrong that nothing will ever be right again.... maybe I didn't hear this myself but it was told to me my a dear friend of mine and she 発言しました that whenever you're feeling blue, just be メリダとおそろしの森 and you'll get through everything in life. There is no need to be scared if あなた are brave. In short, this line is a way of saying, 'never give up...'
