House has made so many advances and Cuddy's dismissed them, so why would it matter if Cuddy made an advance since House has already indicated he kind of likes her? He wouldn't be giving into anything, really. I think Cuddy has to give in for anything to happen... and hopefully soon!

Cuddy is more likely to do so given the current dynamics of their relationship (as you guys said, House is the one who's doing all the work) but it would be so much fun if Cuddy took him by surprise and launched a pre-emptive strike! Wouldn't it?

Edelstein has said that of course Cuddy is in love with House, otherwise she wouldn't put up with his eccentricities! Words from the lady herself, not mine...Besides, Cuddy protests too much to be taken seriously every time House flirts with her. She is simply sooo in love with him and doesn't want to admit it!

Psh, it's always House making advances on HER. So she should technically be the one to give in to him.
