In "Birthmarks" was House's mom onto House's DNA sampling during the eulogy? Was she actually expecting him to act any better than he did?

I think she knew her son would be aloof, but I definitely do not think she was expecting him to do a DNA test on his father. She didn't know he knew that John wasn't his real dad, how would she see it coming?
