So I decided to make a GIMP tutorial, hoping that it will be useful for you. I'm not really a Gimp specialist, but I've worked with that programm before I got Photoshop and there are some things I know that might be interesting for you.

Author's Note: I've seen a lot of these games for different fandoms where あなた go into your 音楽 player, put it on shuffle and write a story using the song that comes on. I tried doing that for House a few times but it never really worked, I ended up 書く stories about random, nameless characters. I've saved them up for a couple months and I write new ones every now and then, this is one of the better ones. And I know I have strange taste in music, あなた don't have to tell me XD
