No he isn't Alf's long lost son, he is the son to some woman who alf had an affair with penn's mum and when alf called it of penn's mum couldn't handle it, so she took an over dose and Penn blames Alf for it, and then when penn got older her went in a psycho hospital and before he got out he seemed that all was for given and he didn't want to hurt anyone but that was not true as he wants to hurt alf and the people he cares about. we saw penn in a psycho hospital in a flash back. i hope i haven't given to much away for you. i hope i have explained myself if i didn't please let me know and i will re explain myself to you :D
