This icon is beautiful-- the couple's in the center, it's well-lit, and the mood/action of the couple is clear. In the other, I can't really tell whether they're dancing or hugging to be honest. Hermione's bent arm suggests dancing but Draco's expression looks far to upset for that. The icon is lopsided to the lower right, the lighting is kind of dim and the scenery is bland. In my own personal opinion, that makes the Romione icon the better choice of the two. I will say that for a manip, though, the Dramione icon is very impressive. Props to whoever made it.
