According to the IMDb, Amazon, and Warner Bros. sites, and my DVD case, it's PG13.

But that is not always the case.
Harry Potter is an exception, for there is no nudity, swearing, drugs etc in the OoTP. Even so, あなた should have a parent check if あなた can watch または not. Hope that helped! :)
