Yeah i reckon they are, they fight like any other best フレンズ do, they have their moments where they will agree to disagree または whatever but i believe that these two will be フレンズ for life, just cuz all what they have been through and everything
yeah they r! harry and ron are best フレンズ from the beginning of the books, have fun together and harry feels ron's family like his one in a way.. so i think they r even though ron sometimes (especially in hp7) acts like an idiot!
