Okay, I can't remember what happened in the book, and my copy is packed away, so I was wondering if anyone knew if she took her parents memory of her? Cause that spell is like undo-able, and that's so super sad. I almost couldn't handle seeing that in the movie

She did take her parents memory away in the book. Remember she 発言しました she made their life dream to 移動する to Australia, and that is exactly what they did? She also 発言しました that she'd give them their memory back after the war was over, however.

the spell can be reversed, it 発言しました in the book that once the war finished または whatever, hermione was goin to go bak to australia and reverse it,

It did happen in the book, it just wasn't shown (Hermione just tells Harry later on that she obliviated her parents and sent them to Australia). The spell is 可逆, 元に戻せる状態 - after the war, Hermione returns her parents memories.
