They were both arrogant, but Rosalie in a much more subtle way. She kind of kept it to herself.

Neither really they were both vain, shallow, and arrogant though Rosalie was the typical mean girl with jealousy and overtop coldness

Fleur turned out somewhat better in the end, I think.

I actually do like Rosalie in a way, she actually has an interesting personality. She admitted to Bella her story, and even adviced Bella not to make mistakes due to her having a choice. Rosalie isn't really awful, but she became bitter for reasons I can understand.

Fleur got better in the end, and I don't mind her either. I think she's more interesting though, for some reason. She's annoying, but also kind of nice to read about. I can't explain it, she just seems more positive to me, and more caring.

I'll admit that they're both kind of shallow, but it's both fun and annoying to read about.

But Rosalie is the only character I like in Twilight!

I love Fleur! I didn't like her that much at first, but over the course of the series I grew to respect her, especially her intense love for Bill which reinforced that she wasn't just a typical, shallow bimbo who's too into looks.

I like Rosalie too but I love Fleur.

^^agreed! I love Fleur!! I actually like Rosalie too. She actually has some personality unlike Bella
