A lot of debates is going on about who would win, if Harry and Edward got in a fight または duel.
This is understandable since it summerize the whole wizards vs. ヴァンパイア thing.
I will try to be objective and analize their chances fair.

1.Physical abilitys
Harry is, besides his magic, a human. He trains Quidditch and he is not exactly out of form, but he just doesn`t have what it takes to break trees in half and stop rushing cars. He can die because of wounds.
Edward on the other hand, is incredebly strong and fast (and cold and never eats and we all know what he is - a vampire). He CAN break trees in half and stop rushing cars. In order to die, he has to be ripped apart and set alight.

In wresling, Harry wouldn`t stand a chance. No 1 goes to Edward.

2.Mind 読書 and Oclummency
I already explained that in answer to Opinion 質問 about Occlumency (involving edward v.s. Harry).

Both HP and Twilight ファン provided very good arguments, but I personaly go with the idea that Edward wouldn`t understand spells even if he could read Harry`s mind.
Lets call it tie.

3.Magic
ヴァンパイア don`t know spells. They can`t do magic. Like any magic at all. If they wavt to kill they have to stand 次 to victims. Which is realy hard, it "pray" keeps shoting curses at them and Apparating.
If the informations are corect (link, Meyer thinks Edward can get out of way of spells. This actualy makes sense, since even wizards in HP have time to deffend themselfs after being attacked. But how could Edward sprinted towards Harry and kept bowing to spells? Sooner または later he would be hit によって a curse and spells can rip things apart and burn them, Edward could be killed.

Conclusion
Edward is able to kill Harry if he jumps on him from the bushes または suddenly drive over him with his silver Volvo (after stallking him for some time), but in a duel または at least a fair, face to face fight, Edward would pretty much loose all his advantage.

FredWRules but don't factor out the fact that Harry survived being Dudley's punching bag until he was eleven.

HecateA There is a slight difference between Edward Cullen and Dudley Dursley. Don`t forget protection spells, which Harry is good at. Expelliarmus too. What I think: it all depends. Nice article though!

june13 think about it this why harry could put a must on him and he gose cazy about it becose he can't kiss bella any more and well his fussing over it he can get his broom and get away

ronald_weasley ummm one thing i thaught was unfair was that in physical abilities edward keeps his vampire powers while harry can't use magic. shouldn't edward have to fight as a regular human if harry does? and if they faught as normal humans, harry might not lose because he played quiditch which sometimes meant steering a broomstick through severe weather conditions, which meant that he probably was pretty strong. also as someone said above harry was dudley's punching bag and he might have been slinny but he was quite fast. it says so in the book as well

Harry Potter vs. Twilight has always been an argument. I believe that Harry Potter is obviously the upper hand in my opinion. Both stories are both interesting and entertaining but the problem is deciding if one is better.

Harry Potter was written with an amazing storyline and many people have followed it for many years and even dress up for the premiers. In the eyes of danger Harry and his フレンズ risk their lives to save their world from falling apart. The story takes seven 本 to tell their story. Each book is filled with adventure and a new lesson that Harry learns. ファン of the series...

It was the time between the fourth and fifth Harry Potter 本 and right after Bella leaves Jacob for Edward in the Twilight series when IT happened.
James, the evilest of the evil, had no money. He knew his antagonist part required him to have money. He needed money. There was only one thing to do....
He stepped into the swirling nothingness, and 秒 later turned up in a gloomy, slimy hallway. "Are あなた here, Lord Voldemort?"
The dark shape slid out of the shadow. "More money, James?" He 発言しました cooly. "We may both be the antagonists of our books, but あなた do owe me...."

lets say that bella and hermione were off フレンズ (really off). Hermione is at hogwarts where she is happy and bella is at forks with her vamp buddies where she is happy. And they know each other's secrets. One day, Hermione wrote bella a letter.

I have heard about your acts in Forks and how your boyfriend, edward broke up with you. I feel really sorry for you.
