okay im not smart so how do あなた rate here on fanpop?? please help i wanna help.. but i though that rate was the same as commet on imagines but it does not seem like that.. HELP!

If I get it right, あなた can rate the 画像 in the right corner under it. There´s a number in green サークル, 円 表示中 average rating and under it is written "rate this" and when あなた 移動する the cursor on it, あなた can choose from 1 to 5 stars. あなた also can rate articles...in the upper right corner, リンク (the same place) and 動画 (under it in right corner). I can´t remember anything alse that あなた can rate.
