Santana and Shelby Song?

K, so me and my short term memory loss are forgetting a glee/グリー fact, so i turn to あなた fellow glee-fans for help...
I was listening to 'Constant Craving' on my i-pod and it sounded like Naya and Idina (Santana and Shelby), but I don't remember why they were 歌う together....
Maybe it wasn't them at all?

They were both 歌う it, but they were 歌う seperately. Shelby was 歌う it because she was trying to resist Puck (I believe she had just slept with him), and I believe Santana was 歌う it because she had just come out to her grandmother, who reacted badly.
