Opinion/Rant time again! Ah, it feels good to write another 記事 like this instead of the stories that I've been 書く (links to both of them are in the comments).
Okay, so I made a アンケート about link, since I usually get the ideas to write these 記事 based on those confessions または based from the club. Turns out, there was a tie! So, I'll just mix them in together.
So, here's the confessions that we'll be discussing:
To me, both of these are 100% absolutely true! No offense, but ever since they came back with The Boys, and then had to debut in America with the sorta weird English lyrics, it's been gradually going downhill. IGAB wasn't that great, but I only got used to hearing the song, so that's why I like it so much, which the same case with Mr. Mr. with me. If あなた have to repeatedly listen to a song just so あなた can like the song, then it's probably not that great.
Now with their 最近 comeback, I see people still complaining about the 音楽 video, which I get completely. Granted, it wasn't that clear of an image, the parking lot scene felt out of place, and overall, it leaves everyone trying to wonder what the heck they were trying to do in this video. But, if あなた look at the English translation of the lyrics, and then look at a website with the meaning of the whole video, you'll see that it had a deeper meaning to the whole thing.
Here's the updated meaning of the video~link
Let it sink in a moment.

Now don't あなた see that everything fell perfectly into place? I think that everything made sense, except the parking lot dance scene. It could have been scrapped, but oh well, just my own opinion. I honestly think that this 音楽 video has the best plot that SNSD ever released. Not the best song, but just the plot. At least it wasn't like beauty shots and colorful randomness everywhere, since that's usually the formula SM uses. That and the box sets, which makes me wish that SM would hire whoever makes their Japanese 音楽 videos. My Oh My was just great.
So, that's all for now! Thanks for reading, no bashing, and I'll see あなた again 次 time! Bye!
