Grey Worm was robbed of a great period of his life and doesn't have an interesting history because he's been a slave and a machine for so long. There's really not much to him - the only reason I like him is because of his suspiciousness and tragic history... but not long ago he was a machine who'd been taught and forced not to think for himself, and he's done some terrible things in order to become one of the Unsullied. Having that in mind I cannot say I prefer him over the other characters.
