Just like fanart is an image category, fanfiction is an article category. The only time I'd have an issue is if the fanfic was stolen from someone else. Anything posted as an article should be that user's original work. 'Copy/Paste' is not ok. posted １年以上前.

I'm considering putting some of my own fanfics on here someday. It's a shame that someone voted "it depends" but didn't leave a comment. That could mean anything, and they haven't really expressed what it depends on; I'd have been interested to hear their opinions. They might have brought up some good points we hadn't thought about. Same with someone voting against fanfiction on the website. Those of us who have commented all seem to be on the same page, but I'm wondering if there's some reason some people dislike putting fanfiction on this site? I do agree with fanfly though, and wonder if that's why some people don't like it? If someone does a copy and paste of someone else's work (and to make it worse, does not give credit) then I can see the issue. Just curious that there's another reason people don't like it though! posted １年以上前.

Similarly with "it depends", it would depend on whether the posting person wrote it or not. posted １年以上前.
