I usually レポート these kind of picks/answers and they get deleted as they are effectively spam. The drawback is: all information users leave in the コメント is lost.
link seems to only be used によって a limited number of ファン and though I use it frequently I hate how all information is ロスト in the multiple pages after a while.
I found the officiallinkdon't cover all the basics as I usually like to refer people there.

Go your プロフィール and click on "fans".
あなた will see a 一覧 of アイコン and the names of the users あなた fanned. 次 to their name あなた see a little red cross. When あなた click on the クロス the user is deleted from your 一覧 of fans.
Note: The person will NOT be informed. But some users keep a close eye on their fancount and might research if they see it dropping. They will however NOT get a message saying they were dropped from someone else's fanlist.
2)How do I 作成する an 記事 (old name is Soapbox)?
Go to the appropriate club.
検索 before 書く a new article. 記事 are supposed to be written によって users! If あなた find a funny 記事 someone wrote on the Internet post it as a link.
Scroll down to the 記事 box.
次 to the headline あなた see the option "write article".
3)How do I get a medal?
Medals (little dots あなた get on your プロフィール in green,yellow and red) are awarded によって the SITE (unlike リスペクト which are awarded によって USERS see Question 11) for your contributions. 8) How do I change my user icon?
(personal tip from me: DON'T attempt によって sending me your パスワード and asking ME to change it for you..that will just result in me having fun BUT your image will never be changed)
Instead save a picture to your link. When uploading あなた will be asked if the image is supposed to be your new user icon. Check that box!
あなた can only have 画像 あなた previously added to your gallery as a user icon. If あなた want another アイコン click on the little "person" symbol beneath the image (there is a picture in the 記事 I linked) in your gallery and your アイコン will automatically be changed.

10) How do I 削除 a spot I created?
In short: あなた can't 削除 a spot yourself!
Once a spot is 提出されました it belongs to the community of fanpop.com.
あなた can however link a spot あなた made. Click on the レポート flag on the 上, ページのトップへ of the spot and choose the reason as to why the spot should be deleted.
Also あなた can leave a コメント in the "notes" box.
Do not overuse this function! THINK before あなた make a new spot!
10a) How do I 削除 my profile?

Click on the "edit profile" symbol underneath your プロフィール info and scroll to the bottom. Type in your パスワード and click "remove my account".

By contributing great content または leaving nice コメント on other peoples contributions. Other users on the site compliment あなた によって rewarding あなた with リスペクト and often a nice personal message.

Look for a little grey flag 次 to the item あなた want to report. Clicking that will open options (depending on the content) click the one that SUITS/スーツ the most e.g. "spam".
Be sure to add additional information in the little notes box.

Once a クイズ has been answered あなた can't 編集 the 回答 anymore. If あなた made a mistake (marking the wrong answer as "correct" レポート the 質問 and put an explanation in the notes section. The F4 will then 編集 it to the correct response (if it's given) and all scores will be recalculated. If the correct answer is NOT 与えられた the 質問 will be removed but あなた can 提出する it again with the correct answer.

Also remember: The spot belongs to the community. あなた as a spot creator have the power to change the アイコン and banner but don't drive ファン of the spot crazy によって constantly changing them.

Open a message they sent you. On the bottom of the message あなた will find several options: reply, delete, block user,return to inbox. Press "block user". In your message section あなた can always click "blocked users" on the 上, ページのトップへ line to see people あなた blocked. They will not be notified of this. Their messages will be sent normally and あなた will NOT get notified (no envelope and no "new message number". It will however stay in your trash folder until あなた 削除 it for good. If people spam あなた continuously または send abusive messages レポート them または contact the F4 directly. Don't use this option lightly especially when it comes to personal feuds.

Flickerflame ^It can't be done. You can't have a gif as an icon. It was only possible for a short while, years ago, as part of a glitch. They probably take up too much space.

xXxAngelessxXx has something changed? because i can't block because that option isn't visible under that person's message and i want to block them ^^;; is there another way this can be done?
LowriLorenza89 ^I just checked and it was possible for me. Go to your inbox and open a message from whoever you want to block. Click on Block User (the third green button beneath the message). A warning comes up asking if you're sure you want to move their future messages to trash, so select Yes there.
