Before diving into the details of the game, I want to send out a hearty THANKS to the ファンポップ team. In particular, a big リスペクト to link who put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into this feature.
I'd also like to thank all the great beta testers who helped us test and refine the feature for the past month. Finally, a thank あなた to link - the site that provided the nifty default アイコン sets for the spot pop クイズ and superquiz.
Now onto the nitty-gritty...the specifics about the quiz.
Playing the Quiz
あなた can play the クイズ in one of two ways.
1) The Super Quiz
link is the ultimate test of fanpopper knowledge. Superquiz pulls 質問 from the full spectrum of topics on the site. Each 質問 will tell あなた what topic and channel it's about. Just start answering 質問 to start racking up points and winning virtual prizes. If あなた run across a 質問 あなた don't want to answer, あなた can simply click the "skip this question" link to get a new question.
あなた can also use the filter in the right column of the superquiz ("show 質問 for") to only display 質問 from a specific channel (e.g. movies) または to only display 質問 from subjects あなた are subscribed to.
A small module on the lower right side of the page will display your superquiz progress (how many points you've scored, how many 質問 asked and what your current prize is).
2) Individual Pop Quizzes
If あなた want zero in on a specific topic, we also feature pop クイズ for each ファン club (spot). So for instance, if あなた wanted to play The Office Pop Quiz, just go to The Office ファン Club and click the "quizzes" link below the spot banner (there is also a module on the right side of each ファン club homepage that will allow あなた to start playing).
Spot-specific クイズ have their own leaderboards and prize sets (see the small module in the lower right column of the spot クイズ pages).
Making クイズ Questions
To make a クイズ 質問 あなた will need to go to the ファン Club's クイズ and click the "add a question" link または button.
When creating a 質問 あなた must:
* Ask a question
* Enter at least 2 possible answers
* Select the correct answer
Optionally あなた may:
* Add an image
* Embed a video
* Add 画像 for each of the possible answers
* Add some short trivia about the question
あなた have some limited editing capabilities once あなた 公開する a question, but it's best to make sure that あなた have spelled everything correctly and have made the 質問 and answer factually correct before posting.
Additionally, here are some other tips for making good questions:
* Play the クイズ in the ファン club before posting new questions. This way あなた can avoid making duplicate questions.
* Avoid subjective 質問 (e.g "Who do あなた like better?). Subjective 質問 should be 投稿されました as picks.
* Avoid 質問 that are time-specific または can be rendered incorrect によって events in the future. For instance: "What's the highest grossing British film of all-time?". A better 質問 is "As of 2007, what's the highest grossing British film of all-time?". For TV shows that are still airing, a 質問 like "How many seasons of One 木, ツリー Hill"? is also a bad idea (until the 表示する has concluded).
* Avoid vague questions: "Who did John キッス on tonight's episode?" is ambiguous if John kisses someone in every episode. A better 質問 would be "Who did John キッス in the season 3 episode, 'The Hunted'"?
Reporting Quizzes
If あなた see an inaccurate, inappropriate または badly worded クイズ question, あなた can flag it または contact the ファンポップ team.
クイズ creators do have limited ability to modify their 質問 after they are made, however we have curtailed these options in order to prevent any abuse.
Note that in some instances, the ファンポップ team will need to 削除 質問 in order to be fair to the people participating in the game. If this happens, feel free to repost a corrected version of the question.
Leaderboard & Prizes
As あなた gain points によって playing the quiz, あなた will notice that あなた gain new "prizes". link
We have also made some "custom" prize sets for certain pop クイズ (should be out shortly) :-)

I accidentally hit the "start chat" tab again.
And couldn't remember how make it go away.
I've had this problem a few times before and have to re-learn it every time.
For some reason, I'm always under the impression that the solution lies under my プロフィール settings.
It does not.
So now there is an 記事 to remind me, and anyone else who needs it, how to get rid of this dang thang.
Step 1: Under the "contacts" tab, click "I am online." The words, not the pencil. If あなた click the pencil, it will complicate things and you'll have to reload the page.
Step 2: Click "Log out."
It's not the most obvious way out, but it's easy once あなた finally remember how to do it, so I hope this helps cut down on some frustration. (If not for you, at least for me 次 time I accidentally open it and frantically 検索 for a solution. =P)

Ok, I usually don't make user guides but this one needs to be made. I have seen a lot of picks and a lot of them are boring または annoying. Here is a 一覧 of steps to help あなた out.

2.Always have pictures for the 質問 if it isn't a yes, no, または maybe question. Pictures bring in もっと見る ファン and make the picks もっと見る interesting.
3. Try to ask 質問 that people haven't already asked and 質問 that people will be interested in. Don't make it boring.
Now these are the three golden steps to making a good, quality pick on fanpop. If あなた feel I need to add anything, then please leave it in the comments.

One 日 I decided to create a new club of something that didn't exist as a club yet but I couldn't find the 'Create a club' button. Trust me I looked high and low for the thing but couldn't find it. When I logged out of my account at last there I saw it, the 'Create a club button' so when I clicked on it they of course asked me to sign back in but when I did I was the same position I was in before clicking.
For some people this problem don't seem to happen but for people like me who want to create クラブ but can't because the button is unavailable well it's frustrating. I've been looking abound for some kind of answer but the only thing that came up was a link link
this only leads to あなた having to sign in again. I don't know if it's the signing in thing that's the problem but it really shouldn't be.
