We all are really happy when we get メダル for the spots. It shows that other people appreciate our contributions. So here are some advices of how to get a medal.
1) The most importante rule: don't get obssesed with getting a medal. Add just interesting things so people could like it! あなた add things to the spot for people not for medals. Medal is just a lovely surprise for your work!
2) Find spots あなた like.
3) Start contributing things on the spot.
4)You can get a medal if people rate your stuff. What can we rate? Right: videos, links, 記事 and images.
5)Add interesting links, because if it's boring people won't rate it!
6) 動画 must be not too long. It's not a rule of course but it's not gorgeous to sit and watch 動画 for hours! 動画 can be funny(bloopers from 映画 and shows), creepy, extreme whatever あなた want!
8) 画像 better be different. Not many people will rate hundreds of monotonous pictures!
9) 記事 must teach us something, tell stories または just be interesting. Don't re-write 記事 from magazines, newspapers, etc. あなた may have problems.
10) Picks, quiz, フォーラ will help あなた with a medal when people コメント it a lot!

Cammie Very nice, especially useful to those that,like tushy said, are always asking how to get medals. I do strongly believe that the problem lies in the fact that so much really good quality content gets looked at but goes unrated. If users obeyed the 9th Fanpoppers'Commandment, this would greatly recify the problem.

harold You also get some amount of credit for posting comments, not just for starting forum threads. The staff are intentionally obscure about how such things are rated, but comments can help.

"How do I ....?" picks and answers!

Question 7..Where can I find the FAQs?

Basically this will be a collection of all the picks asking "HOW DO I- insert basic function here ?" (usually with the options IDK and PLZ tell me in commentz) and my short answer to these inquiries. Now that we have the new 回答 feature they are usually 投稿されました as an answer request but still repeated endlessly.
I usually レポート these kind of picks/answers and they get deleted as they are effectively spam. The drawback is: all information users leave in the コメント is lost.

link seems to only be used によって a limited number of ファン and though I use it frequently I hate how all information is...
