2. This is extra info: to block a person from inboxing, あなた wait for them to 受信箱 you, press 'block user' on their message, then all of the messages they send あなた will be sent to your trash.
I think あなた go to your ファン 一覧 and click on the red x 次 to the person's プロフィール pic to un ファン them but blocking a person that I don't know, sorry but I hope this helps.
