For a rare change, "No". I just tested one in my club and the video worked perfectly fine. My only complaint lately is how long it takes a page to open here. It can take up to 2 分 for a page to fully load and let me do anything. At times I'll even have to refresh it several times before it works. Most of the time I get messages saying it's to do with long running script. :(
You're welcome! Out of curiosity, have あなた tried checking any 動画 on YouTube to see if those work? If they do, then it's probably like zanhar1 said. If not, perhaps you're missing some kind of update.
