Me プロフィール change it me no how

umm i hope u understand what i write below:
u have to go to ur プロフィール , just beside ur information box (where it's written Tallon Holder and then ur information of where u live and what u like) there is written "View もっと見る photos"... Click on it... または u can click on "Photos". u'll see no pics because u didn't アップロード any. just beside "My Gallery'' there is written "upload new photo"... Click "choose image". A box will appear 表示中 画像 on your computer. Find the one あなた want to アップロード and select it... mark the small box (Make this image my user icon) and "Submit Image". ull see that ur pro pic changes
