How long must あなた be a user on FanPop to have the option of making your own club?

I remember that on my 前 account, there was no button for me to create a club, either, but there was one 日 when it popped up, and I ended up making various clubs. Now, I have only been a user with this new account for ten days, and the button is not there, yet. How long do I have to have been a user? I don't remember. Otherwise, did they 移動する it? Thank you.

If あなた are new あなた can make a club, same as anyone else, yes. There is no waiting period.
