What is a "dedicated" または "die-hard" fan? i saw that on someones プロフィール how much do あなた have to do in a ファン club to be a dedicated または die-hard fan?

i was checking out someones プロフィール after giving them a リスペクト for this article. it had the 一覧 of club she was in and underneath it said;

*dedicted ファン logo* in 6 club *die-hard ファン logo* in 1 club


can one explain how that works? i take she adds alot of stuff to クラブ または somthing like that but how much does it take to be a dedicated fan?
