Anybody else having trouble uploading 画像 to ファン picks?

I've been trying to アップロード pics to a ファン pick to each pick but ot just keep saying "uploadong..." and I'll wait for ever and the image still wont 表示する up. I click プレビュー and the 画像 still aren't on my picks.

Didn't used to have trouble like this, あなた think it's ファンポップ glitching again? Because my pics are the right size and format, I've tried resizing them many times and they still wont upload. あなた think it's a problem with ISP? または my computer?? Lol
