"Unlimited" Uploads?

So when I go to アップロード 画像 to a spot, on some spots, it says Unlimited Uploads, and on some, it says I can only アップロード 20 画像 at a time.

This happens on the same browser. For the last 月 または so I've been using Google Chrome, and for a few of my clubs, it's unlimited image uploads, but for the rest (at least of the クラブ I've gone on and checked), it says I can only アップロード 20 画像 at a time.

I was just wondering what's up with this. Does anyone know why there are unlimited uploads for some クラブ and not others? Is this an issue that only I'm experiencing または does this happen to others as well? And is there any way to fix it?

Any information is appreciated, thank you!

If あなた can't click and enlarge the image, basically it shows that on the Emily Browning spot, for instance, it only lets me アップロード 20 画像 at a time, but on the Katy Perry spot, it's Unlimited uploads.

Sorry, I meant like what brand of computer do あなた have, like a Mac/Apple computer/laptop または something like that... 林檎, アップル computers apparently all your uploads. If あなた don't have an 林檎, アップル computer, the only other explanation I know of is the browser あなた are using to access the internet. Do あなた know what browser あなた are using (ie Internet Explorer, Firefox etc)?
