Does this club count as a duplicate one?

There's this character in a 表示する named Katherine Pierce. A club was made about her. Then in the 次 season of the 表示する we find out her original name is Katerina Petrova. So another club was made. From what I understood is that the new club was made about her in the past and the original one in past and present, meaning about the character in general. And the name for the new club is changed to the character's original name. So does the new club count as a duplicate club?
