I see it. BTW, it's not a glitch. A lot of spots get it when they アップロード 写真 like that and it doesn't get fixed. It's just the size of the 写真 is REALLY BIG! I uploaded a 写真 to a spot and it ended up like that. If あなた don't like it on the ホーム page, アップロード もっと見る 写真 and it will appear away from the ホーム page, but the photo, and it's big size, will still be there.

It's not a glitch. This phenomenon happens when someone saves a gif image as .png and then uploads it to fanpop. It's happened to me many times before.

I've seen that happen all over Fanpop.
