It's a pain in the arse when I see people not adding keywords.

However, realistically, it's not going to solve anything. There are people who don't even know what the point of タグ are, so they aren't going to put them in correctly if they were required. または they'd just put the name of the spot, and that's all.

When you're searching for something, タグ make it possible.

Because if あなた want to look up something, tags/keywords help find it. EXAMPLE: If you're looking for a picture of a 子犬 and あなた go on the 子犬 spot, あなた will not find any pictures of 子犬 if the keyword: 子犬 isn't there. It organizes everything.
