As far I'm aware, all the ファン have to leave and then it deletes itself automatically.

Club has to be reported for some reason, Then if it's the right reason it will be deleted. If あなた created this club, it has no ファン あなた can write in コメント to your レポート that you're the creator of the club and あなた ask to 削除 it.
