Are people allowed to レポート things that aren't against the rules?

Two people keep following me and reporting everything I post on Fanpop, in all the different spots. Only a few things weren't deleted yet. They weren't even violating any of the rules, I read all the tearms, but i get a message every 5 分 that says 2 people reported my リンク as broken. Do people who do that get caught?

Reporting things out of spite is very stupid... It's never alright to abuse any right 与えられた to you, no matter how much あなた "hate" the person who uploaded, または if they're "too hyper" for your taste, または if あなた don't like their mental state.
It's about time that everyone realize that ファンポップ isn't all about pleasing only certain individuals.
If あなた don't like a relevant pick (relevant in the sense that it's not miscategorized または in violation of the ToS), then just simply skip over it.
If あなた don't like a relevant image, who cares? I know I don't.
There's no need to rush over to someone's ウォール and express your feeling of displeasure over and over again.
(I'm not being biased, because she's 投稿されました things about The Killers which made me sad)

If I had to estimate, I'd say 95% of everything she"s ever posted, that wasn't removed within 24 hours, was perfectly acceptable.

I agree 110% あなた 発言しました it much better than I did. If あなた hate someone, just ignore them, unless he/she is harassing あなた from spot-to-spot または sending あなた threatening PM's (which is grounds for reporting) other than that, if あなた don't like または disagree with something another user posts, but it still happens to fall in line with the 'terms of service' just don't respond to it. Simple as that. There are people here that annoy me from time to time but I either ignore または just steer clear of them when they are being a pain. Its the best solution, really and あなた can feel better about yourself for being the bigger person and not doing something underhanded and retarded.

I have schizophrenia and my medicine changes, so I type like i'm hyper and it annyos them, and I asked if Emma Watson is a virgin, so they all got mad at me because they 愛 her. I also have schizophrenia delusions that i'm supposed to 日付 a guy on fanpop, so they hate me because I asked out some guys

No, it WAS 投稿されました in the images, but あなた kept reporting it so I asked a pick asking if it was ok to post, but あなた reported that too. A lot of my posts aren't stupid. i haven't 投稿されました anything stupid
