Banners on ファンポップ are 100 x 800 pixels in size, so it's best to go for that size so that they are not stretched in any way, または look incorrect.

So, with whichever 写真 editing/drawing program あなた use, create an image of that size to represent the spot/club.

Then アップロード it.

あなた could also ask other users of the spot/club to デザイン a banner with the Forum section of the spot/club.
