This is a mostly hypothetical question concerning an edge case that occurred to me while driving to work this morning. Most of us agree that keywords are important - you can barely find content on the site without them - but not duplicating content is often considered equally important. What happens when the two important behaviors come into conflict?

but you get them to put in the keywords from your image before deleting yours, that is your stipulation. Just because it is hard to find moderators. Plus I imagine they are busy.

Ah, but the question specifically states that they won't add keywords. Does that change your answer?

I think duplication is worse than bad keywording, especially in smaller spots. On the link spot, for example, the same series of images has been posted three times, which is just annoying. Keywording is more important in the largest of spots, but obviously they're in the minority.

I would usually delete my image.
But I check the spot first so that the same images hasn't recently been uploaded.
