Either Avo's Tear または the Solus Greatsword.

I think the タイトル of "Best Weapon" would be pretty hard to place so I will just say it is a tie. The two contenders (for me) would be The Harbinger (for もっと見る advanced players) and Wellow's Pickhammer (for beginners).
