I really, really would not recommend that. Like... at all. Even native speakers of English learn from teachers. There is only so much 本 can teach あなた about language.

I mostly agree with bri-marie but if あなた just want to improve your English, あなた can do it によって 読書 / watching films / chatting on the Internet and perhaps あなた can revise grammar from grammar practice 本 (e.g. Murphy's Grammar in Use series)
