If ur allowed to dye ur hair, u have to have ur hair short. Dye it ピンク (obviously). Then buy some cat ears that are white または tan with no ピンク inside. Unless ur gnna paint the ピンク inside then ok. U have ur face so far!! Then (outfit) grab a red ribbon, a black silk dress (or underdress) some black and grey stripped long socks (or just plain black) and a ピンク shirt. U have ur outfit!! Unless ur one of those picky pple u can have the F***in red shoes. または if ur not wear watever shoes.
