Historically, or mythologically speaking, all of them are princesses except Medusa. Megara was a princess of Thebes. Cassandra was a princess of Troy. Helen was a princess of Sparta.

In the context of the Disney movie, Megara could be considered a princess of Olympus, even though Hercules gave up his demigod status to live in mortality with her, thus renouncing his claim to godhood.
