I think the Evil Queen is unbelievably cruel and she is the only DP villain that scared me so much that I couldn't watch the movie when I was younger!!!
She turns into a dragon tries to kill a 16 year old tries to enslave a kingdom
All because she wasn't invited to a party

Again, I don't completely agree with this, but I do agree with part of it - I think she's a better villain than the one in Snow White, but I don't think she is Disney's #1 villain...
