Did あなた ever want a movie that will unleash your inner child self and makes fun of Snow White,Sleeping Beauty,Cinderella,The Little Mermaid and sent all of them to New York City as one princess than thats what 魔法にかけられて does.
Kicking off in 2D アニメーション the movie tells the story of a beautiful maiden named Giselle(Amy Adams) who dreams of sharing true love's キッス and finding her perfect Prince Charming,he turns out to be Edward( the hilarious James Marsden) who's evil stepmother disgusies herself as an old hag(Snow White anyone)who pushes Giselle on the 日 of her wedding to Edward. Giselle is then transformed into a live action version of herself and comes out of a manhole in Times Square New York City(still Adams). Scared and ロスト she meets and falls in 愛 with a single father named Robert Phillip(the charming Patrick 'Mcdreamy'Dempsey)who is a Divorce Attorney in New York.
His daughter is obsessed with fairy tales and magic(Aren't we all LOL),and he is set to propose to his girlfriend of 5 Yrs Nancy Tremaine(Idina Menzel). But what he doesn't know about this wide-eyed soon to be Princess Giselle is that she enchants him. Although Giselle is settling in New York City,she must choose between reality & fiction and the most important thing of all Love,but who is her real true love??.
From the opening scenes in 2D アニメーション to the modern twisted finale, 魔法にかけられて may be silly and extremely sweet but it has to be the most brillant family romantic comedy of the decade.
Best part:Ballroom scene/Amy & Patrick's chemistry/James Marsden making a fool out of himself.
Best Quote: But dreams do come true and someday something wonderful will happen.
