Mulan and Shang actually had a story of their relationship building up and despite the fact that he thought she was a guy at that point they still managed to work greatly as a team together before it was revealed that she was a girl. Belle and Beast started with him holding her hostage and her finding him frightening and suddenly it progressed into supposed romance through the course of few days which looked extremely unbelievable. I can see Belle and Adam being genuinly happy together as a couple that is already together but the build up of their relationship was so problematic and unconvincing. posted １年以上前.
